Normas de seguridad infantil
Última actualización: 7 de octubre de 2026
Tolerancia cero

Child safety standards
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This is a translation of the Spanish version. If there is any difference between them, the Spanish version prevails.
Zero tolerance
Vamos Por Un Café (the "App"), operated by Mendivil Tech, is strictly for people 18 years of age or older. The App absolutely prohibits any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation, including:
- Posting, sharing, requesting or exchanging child sexual abuse material, whether real, drawn or computer-generated.
- Attempting to contact, seduce or manipulate a minor for sexual purposes (grooming).
- Sextortion, or threatening to spread intimate images of a minor.
- Offering, promoting or facilitating the trafficking or sexual exploitation of minors.
- A minor creating or using an account.
Prevention measures
- The App asks for a date of birth at sign-up, and the database rejects any registration from people under 18.
- Any User can report a profile, a photo or a conversation from within the App, using the "Looks underage" option.
- A single report of a possible minor is enough for the account to stop being shown to other Users and for the reported photo to be hidden while the team reviews it.
- The App saves a copy of the evidence at the time of the report, which is kept even if the account is deleted.
What we do when a case is detected
- The safety team reviews the report with urgent priority, before any other.
- If it is confirmed that the account belongs to a minor, it is removed.
- If child sexual abuse material or an attempt at exploitation is found:
- The account is permanently removed and a new registration with the same email is blocked.
- The content is taken down from the App and the evidence is stored securely, without being copied or shared. When the case is sent to NCMEC, the evidence is preserved for at least one year, as required by United States law.
- The case is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent Mexican authorities, including the Te Protejo México platform, and the team cooperates with any investigation.
- Only team members with special authorization for serious cases can handle the evidence and the reports to authorities, and every action is logged.
How to report
- In the App: from the profile, the photo or the conversation, choose "Report" → "Looks underage".
- Outside the App: by email to [email protected].
- If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.
